We provide therapies for both adults and children, aroma reflexology and reflexology for all aspects of fertility, pregnancy and post-natal care.

We have a special treatment in the form of aroma reflexology. This treatment combines reflexology techniques on the feet with soothing aromas such as lavender to place your body in a state of tranquility.

For pregnant women and those trying to boost their fertility, we offer a range of maternity reflexology and fertility reflexology treatments. These can be discussed in detail with our therapists before sessions to ensure you are feeling relaxed and our therapy is going at a comfortable pace.

For those who have a lot of tension built up around the muscles in their face, facial reflexology aims to relieve some of the pressure and send you into a state of relaxation and bliss.

To help manage a stressful time in your life, our menopause reflexology treatment is focused on ensuring you remain at ease and stress-free for as much as possible. These therapies aim to restore your body’s natural state of ease.

An award-winning reflexology technique that we offer at Templeogue Reflexology is lymphatic reflexology. This treatment aims to stimulate the lymphatic reflexes on the feet, causing a soothing and draining reaction to your body’s lymphatic system.
